December Exhibit: Jared Hanson In-Person
During December, we will host a solo exhibition of the work of local Ellsworth photographer, Jared Hansen, in the Riverview Room. This work spans a time frame of two decades and covers both wildlife and nature photography.
Jared’s work, which began during his senior year of high school here in Ellsworth, has been on exhibit in various locations in both Hancock and Washington counties, including the annual MDI Photography Club show in Northeast Harbor in June, the annual “44° North” art exhibit in Milbridge at the Schooner Gallery, as well as various locations in the greater Ellsworth area, including exhibits at the Birch Bay Retirement Community in Hulls Cove, and both the Riverside and Flexit restaurants in Ellsworth.
His work has also recently been showcased in the international publication, the Atlantic Salmon Journal, which is published in St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada.
There will be an artist reception on Saturday, December 13, at 2 PM.
