Outdoor Yoga: Mindful Slow Flow

Join Bee (she/they), a certified Yoga Instructor and Trauma Specialist for a pop-up mindful slow flow yoga class. This soothing style of yoga focuses on grounding and alignment. Slow flow yoga has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mindfulness, and improve strength. This class is for anyone 18 years and older.

There is a suggested donation of $10 per person with all proceeds going to the instructor.
