Join us in celebrating the work of artist Terre Lefferts, whose paintings capture the timeless beauty of Maine’s pastoral landscapes and rugged coastlines. A professional artist since the 1980s, Terre’s work has been exhibited in galleries across New England and beyond, from Ellsworth to Camden, Bar Harbor to Connecticut.
Her career spans a wide range of creative projects—including gallery exhibitions, large-scale murals, painted furniture, theater backdrops, and commissioned pieces—reflecting both her training in oils and pastels and her early background as a ballet dancer. Since returning to Maine in 2021, she has focused her attention on the landscapes that inspire her most, with solo exhibits in Bar Harbor and Southwest Harbor.
