DESCRIPTION:Caregiving can get overwhelming quickly. Talking about the 
 experience with others in similar situations can make a big difference. 
 Caregiver support groups build confidence and help you gain skills to be 
 the best caregiver you can be.\n\nJoin us for\, conversation\, education 
 and support with Eastern Area Agency on Aging.\nWe meet the second Thursday 
 of each month. \n\nIf you are interested in a zoom option\, please contact 
 Ellsworth Library and ask for Sandy.  \n\nVisit this link to find books on 
 caregiving\, available through Minerva\, our library consortium.\n\nAbout 
 the facilitators:\nMeghan Millard\, is the EAAA facilitator\, for 
 Caregivers’. EAAA has been the backbone of this program\, with the 
 ability to offer additional services and support to our 
 caregivers.\nEPL’s Sandy Abbott is a trained facilitator\, through the 
 Alzheimer's association and EAAA\, as well as a volunteer for EAAA\, which 
 enables her to facilitate in the absence of the Meghan Milliard.\n\n\nThis
